Questions designers ask.
Is this allowed on X?
Yes. We read public posts through X's official, paid API and send you a link plus our own summary. We never copy the post, never collect profiles, and never reply, DM or like for you. You reply yourself, from your own account, like any other person who found the post.
How fast are the alerts?
We check X every few minutes and email you as soon as a request passes the filter. The free digest is sent once a day with the previous day's requests.
What counts as a lead?
A person, brand, small business, agency or project asking to hire or pay someone for graphic design: logos, brand identity, merch, flyers, social and ad graphics. Not designers advertising themselves, vacancy-feed reposts, AI logo tools, jokes or recycled fake listings. Each lead is marked hot, warm or plain based on budget and how concrete the request is.
How does the free trial work?
Real-time is free for 7 days. We ask for a card at checkout so the seat is held for you, but nothing is charged during the trial. Two days before it ends we email you a reminder with the date and a cancel link. If you do nothing, your card is charged $39/month from day 8. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. One trial per person.
Can I cancel? What about refunds?
Yes, anytime, in one click: every alert email and your account page have a cancel link that opens Stripe's secure billing page (or use Manage or cancel at the bottom of this site and we'll email you the link). Cancel during the trial and you're never charged. After that, you keep access until the end of the month you paid for and won't be charged again. For a refund request or any billing question, email support@getcutbell.com and a person will answer.
Payments are processed by Stripe and billed by Novus Ordo, Cutbell's parent company; your statement shows CUTBELL.
Why only 30 seats?
A lead is only valuable if you're one of a few people replying. Capping each niche keeps it that way. When it's full, new sign-ups go on a waitlist.
Do you write the reply for me?
